Our Team

Pastor Justin is the founding and lead pastor of Revolution Church, launched in 2012 alongside his wife Leah, and a team of close friends. With a heart for authentic relationships and a passion for helping people encounter Jesus, Justin has been faithfully serving in ministry since 1998. His journey began after attending Central Bible College (1996–2000), during which he married his high school sweetheart, Leah, in 1999.

Following graduation, Justin and Leah moved to Green Bay, Wisconsin, where they served in youth ministry at Central Assembly of God (2000–2003), followed by nearly six years of volunteer youth ministry. In 2009, God led them back into full-time ministry at Word of Grace in Sheboygan Falls, where Justin served as Youth Pastor and Facilities Manager until 2012.

Since founding Revolution Church, Justin has continued his involvement in youth ministry while leading the church with a deep commitment to community, discipleship, and spiritual growth. He and Leah have two children, Kaitlynn and Colin, and together they enjoy a life full of outdoor adventures, traveling, and cheering on the Packers and Badgers. Justin also loves softball, golf, hunting, fishing, and building things with his hands—but what he values most is meaningful time with people, listening to their stories, and building real connections.
