The Aufdenkamp Family
Amyjill was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She attended Bowling Green State University and
graduated in 1995 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. She has taken several classes
toward a Master’s Degree in Education Administration. Amyjill accepted Jesus through the Chi
Alpha Ministry at Bowling Green State University. Since that time, she has obeyed God’s call
on her life to serve in various ministry capacities.
Matt was born and raised in Pemberville, Ohio. Matt attended Central Bible College with
studies in music and returned home for medical reasons. As a talented and well trained
musician, Matt has used his gifts to serve on worship teams, praise bands and accompany other
musicians and choirs in the community.
We met through the Chi Alpha ministry at Bowling Green State University. We served in
various ministries at Dayspring Assembly. With a one year move to Springfield, MO, we moved
to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin in May 1999. We moved to be near family as we started our own
family. We attended Celebration Assembly in Fond du Lac and served in a variety of ministries,
including youth, worship and administrative. Being called by God, we moved to Richland,
Missouri in February 2012. We served the rural community through New Life Fellowship,
again in various ministries. It was there God was teaching, preparing and calling us to plant a
church in the Fox Valley. Following our son’s high school graduation in May 2018, we began
preparing our move. We moved in segments. By October 2018, we were all in Wisconsin.
In our 23 years of marriage, we are blessed with two amazing children, Joshua (lives near
Appleton) and Jeannie.
Through the urging of the Holy Spirit, we felt called by God to share the Good New of Jesus
Christ with the Community of North Fond du Lac and the surrounding rural areas. This is not
only to just put a building in North Fond du Lac for people to attend services, but rather an
ongoing commitment to the communities through love, service and relationships. It is our heart
to purposefully and intentionally fulfill the great commission in Matthew 28:19-20, by
continually sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ, making disciples, baptizing in His name, and
teaching to Word until Jesus returns as He has promised. It is our mission to Pursue God through
discipleship, prayer and in the Word of God; Pursue Growth through fellowship, support,
encouragement, accountability and challenge; and Pursue Community using individual and
unique Spiritual Gifts, talents and passion to share the Good News of Jesus Christ.
We currently meet on Wednesday evenings at 6pm for dinner, and 6:30-7:30 for Bible Study.
Our children pursue growth in our children’s church.
